What we collect through the review form

Your name, email address, state, what you need credit for, the types of items you select, and anything you choose to add, such as a phone number or a message. We also record the date and time, your IP address, your acknowledgment checkbox, the first page you visited on this site, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We use this to reply to you, to prepare your review, to keep a record of your request, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests.

Please don’t send your Social Security number or credit reports through the form. If you become a client, we’ll explain separately how those are shared and stored.

Who it’s shared with

Form submissions are stored in our website’s database, hosted by GoDaddy, and sent to our inbox by Brevo, an email delivery service. Our business email is hosted by Google. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with lenders or marketers.

Cookies and similar technology

Our host, GoDaddy, adds a script that counts visits and measures site performance. It sets cookies named _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. It sets cookies (names starting with _ga) and sends Google information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. You can block these cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The site also uses your browser’s session storage to remember the first page you visited and how you arrived, so that information can be attached to a form you send during the same visit. It is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep review requests for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records. Ask us at the email address above and we’ll delete a request that didn’t lead to a contract, unless we’re required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing contact@empirecreditrepair.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Changes

If we change what this site collects, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
